How To Cook RedFish (Red Drum)
Cooking over the campfire is a completely different experience. It is so gratifying to build a fire and get back to primitive cooking. We cooked some Cajun blackened redfish that we caught off of Dauphin Island. It was a delicious campfire meal that we got to enjoy by the river!
